Wow

i’ve spent my entire life making poor decisions and making an absolute mess of things. After years of reflection and a lot of hard work, I finally began to get my life back on track and one little hiccup could have put me in prison for the rest of my life. David Moore and his law firm saved me from ...that and got me a $300 fine over a life sentence and I am now home with my family and able to continue putting my life back together.

Awesome Defense Attorney

If you are looking for an excellent criminal defense attorney, I highly recommend Attorney David G. Moore. Attorney Moore represented my grand daughter in a manslaughter case. She was only 21 years old and facing this serious charge. I won't go into the details of the case, but our family wanted he...r to have the best representation possible. I can't say enough about Attorney Moore. I found him during a search online. What attracted me to his firm was his legal experience not only on the State level, but also on the Federal level. He also had past experience as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney. After reviewing his experience and previous client reviews, we decided to hire him. I met him at his office and he immediately put me at ease. I felt very confident that my grand daughter was in good hands after leaving his office. He is understanding, knowledgeable and very compassionate. He explained what was going on after every court hearing and return calls promptly when not in court. The outcome of her sentencing was better than we had even expected. Attorney Moore was able to get her sentencing guidelines lowered miraculously. She was sentenced to two years with 6 months time served. This attorney is AWESOME! Truly a God send. If you are facing criminal charges and need a caring attorney who will work hard at getting you the best possible outcome, hire Attorney Moore.

An excellent law firm

I was extremely satisfied with David Moore and his partner Kurt Richardson who represented me. They were both available to me all the time. I couldn’t be more happy with the results of my case. I definitely recommended this firm if you need a legal representation.

Extremely happy with legal services for my daughter.

Hired this firm because my daughter was facing a serious felony charge. Hired this firm one week before my daughter's court date and they grabbed the ball and ran with it. Gathered all information they needed in such a short time. Went into court and fought hard for my daughter, and all charges we...re dismissed. I was amazed and tears couldn't stop flowing. I strongly recommend this firm for any legal need you have, big or small. They don't stop fighting for you and you will be amazed with the results, as I was. Thank you Attorney David Moore. You are a blessing and life saver.

Very bad reputation

This lawyer decided that he would Slack on his efforts to represent me he did not properly oversee the case and therefore the judge used my minor record against me a little bit of effort on his part would of seen that but my $5,000 to pay him apparently was not enough for him to look further into the... case to do a simple background check

Sir, you initially were charged with a 5 year felony. We negotiated and secured for you a high court misdemeanor conviction with no probation and no jail - with your full knowledge and full consent. Furthermore, we filed a pre-sentence brief with the court requesting your property to be returned to you. Other than commenting and perhaps scolding you for your prior adult convictions and juvenile adjudications the judge did not "use your minor record against you". In every case such as yours the sentencing judge is given a report prior to sentencing - this report includes one's past criminal convictions - both juvenile and adult. No improper information was provided to the judge. And, again, you received no probation and no jail. If you need to discuss this matter for further clarification and explanation I can be reached any time.
