About me

Mediation is the single most satisfying area of law that I’ve practiced. I have a long professional career dealing with law suits and legal battles and I find that helping people in these situations resolve their differences without a court battle is personally extremely satisfying to me.

In mediation, divorcing couples or business partners in conflict can reach agreements that help them both “win” or at least achieve mutually workable agreements so that both sides are able to put the dispute behind them and to get on with their lives.

In this day and age when conflict abounds, mediation offers a safer, more equitable, less expensive and long term solution.
