I came across Becket Jones online, as I was facing the stressful task of having to look for a substitution of counsel to intervene in the case I was facing. Becket promptly responded, listened, answered all my questions, and put in the time needed to properly handle my case. I had lost faith in most attorneys since I was now moving on to attorney number four. Becket was nothing like any other attorney I had dealt with or spoke to. He was kind, considerate, professional, and trusted his client. He was honest and upfront about everything. There was never any question as to where things stood or what was occurring with my case. He is down to earth, not arrogant or pompous.
In the courtroom he is a force to be reckon with! He treated my case personal as if he was defending a family member. He is honest, and not corrupt. My calls and emails were promptly returned and responded to, and his knowledge and understanding of law is astounding!!! He worked with me, spoke to me and understood the attorney client-employer/employee relationship. Because of this, I am proud to say, that he saw my case through and we received the proper and just NOT GUILTY verdict we were looking for and that I deserved!! He is the only attorney that has been able to successfully overcome the governmental corruption that runs rampant and permeates throughout Calhoun County.
My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner, and had to go thru three other attorneys before him. I'm beyond utterly convinced that had I hired Becket Jones from the beginning, I would have never had to hire another lawyer again. I highly recommend with every fiber of my being Becket Jones to anyone who is in need of true, fair, honest, and just representation.

I just kinda came across Becket in the directory like a lot of people do. I had called many lawyers, trying to find the best representation for my case. Within two minutes of talking to Becket, I knew that I had found my lawyer. He answered my questions, showed concern for the situation, and was honest about what the case looked like if we were to move forward. During the 4 months that it took to take the case from pretrial to a jury of my peers, Becket never wavered in his commitment to give the best legal advise and representation.
In the end I was found "Not Guilty", and I had Becket Jones standing next to me the whole time.

He is representing me currently and has been doing a great job for me. He would have been my first choice to represent me but at the time I didn't have the money. As fate would have it, he was assigned to me through the public defenders office after I was caught and arrested. My point is, even though my case is "Pro-Bono" he has still put the same time and effort into helping me out. Hopefully everything works out in the end, but at least I know I have the best chance at a favorable outcome with a good attorney backing me up.
