Alicia has handled my custody case for over a year. She has been flawless, precise, and fearless in court. She helps me to prepare, and has never not returned calls, texts, or emails. She is always on it!! Highly recommend!!

I hired Alicia to help with a highly contentious divorce. She has handled the constant harassment of the opposing party with grace and poise. I've had the pleasure of working with Alicia over the last few years, on a few different cases. The most recent one, was a long, exhausting, tough battle with a very uncooperative opposing party. I was looking to change domicile and bring my minor child with me, across the country. Alicia worked tirelessly, and communicated every little detail with me. I first consulted with Alicia regarding divorce proceedings and decided to hire her and another attorney to represent me through those proceedings. Alicia has always been quick to answer any questions I have. I have absolute confidence in her ability as an attorney. The proceedings are still ongoing, so there isn't much detail right now, but I have already been able to tell that Alicia is not only empathetic, but she is absolutely an advocate for me.

I hired Storm when CPS took my children and placed them with their Fathers. She is a lawyer who will help navigate the conversations between custodial parents and is loyal to her clients. She quickly responds to any and all emails; when I was loosing my mind she was able to keep me focused and take the next step. She was able to help me regain placement of my children by articulating what needed to be said or done. At the start of my case I did not realize that hiring an attorney does not gaurentee victory if the client is not willing to cooperate the attorney has no ground to represent the client. When I realized my behavior was that in question by the court I was able to give her/courts the behavior deemed necessary to regain placement of my children.

Alicia was there for me and my family though out our case. Starting with the consultation to the last court date. It was a very difficult case involving competing parties and MCI. Her and Tara did a great good on the case and won it for us. If you ever have to go through with a section 45 hearing I would recommend using her.

Hired Tara for 2 custody battles one of which was a very bad situation for the child. The second case we were passed onto Alicia and had the privilege to work with her. We had gotten what we wanted out of the cases. The only thing is they were not Always prompt back with a response. Paying a flat rate verses by the hour, I was ok with not getting the response immediately unless it was absolutely needed for guidance. I would hire Alicia again if needed and I have recommended Tara and Alicia to a few different people where they are now clients as well.

She is brash and makes decisions without thinking through what makes her client actually look like an individual with character. She is angry and foul mouthed as well as dressed sloppily.

During the consultation, Alicia took notes on a yellow pad of paper. She stated she would get an extension on the court hearing, which she did. She did this as to give herself time to prepare. When we arrived at the courthouse, she came in with the same yellow pad, with only the notes she took, and nothing else. She was not prepared at all. As the hearing progressed, she leaned in to ask me questions, and did not stand and argue anything. Due to her lack of preparation, she lost my case immediately, and has now caused our family a great deal of grief. Unfortunately, this also involves 3 small children, who have since been a victim of abuse; mental, emotional, verbal and physical. After giving her all the money we had available, as well weekly payments, we are left unable to fight this Injustice that has been done to our family.
