Perry Thompson was our Attorney in a chapter 13. We needed to file an objection to prevent a dismissal. He assured us he would do this. After 3 more months of e-mails, texts and phone calls, we never heard from him. Court dismissed the case because he never filed an objection. We are still trying to get our file back from him but he seems to be missing in action. We need our file so we can refile which needs to be done now. Because of this action on his part we could lose our home.

I really did not think I had any options once I realized that there was a foreclosure sale on my house only a few days away. Perry helped me look at a bunch of options and then worked with me to stop the sale.
