Well here we go….. After about one month of suffering and anxious because of being charged of OWI, I am FINALLY relieved. I got this GREAT news from Mike that my case was going to be DISMISSED! Yes, as much as how strict Michigan is serious about drunk driving, Mike got the case DISMISSED! Every case... is different, but there is one thing in common-Mike is DEFINITELY THE ONE for you to get away from OWI/DUI! If you, or someone you are helping, unfortunately, is under the charge of OWI, GO TO MIKE! Once I was charged from OWI and was eagerly looking for attorneys, believe me, I did call six attorneys who rank on website. Most answers I got back were “Ok, the cost was around xxx, and I will try to get you to Impaired” No, don’t listen to that, you have a chance to get it OFF COMPELETELY! If you care about your family, job, social impression, even MONEY, in a long run, GO TO MIKE! I understand that the cost seems higher, but it definitely worth every penny. Think about the huge fine you are going to pay, insurance increase, possible extra fee of yearly registration, jail time if not first offense. These are only what’s observed, what’s unobserved includes being unemployed, under depression or other emotional craziness, paranoid when driving, losing friends or someone you love, etc. All I am saying is that GO TO MIKE if you don’t want under through those real long-term and permanent costs! Still remember the first time I was consoling Mike when I was extremely desperate. He listened to me closely about what happened, calmed me like a friend with empathy, and offered me legal advice in details about my specific case. IMMEDIATELY, I realized I could have a chance! During the process, Mike informed me with his strategy patiently (in my case, I am a foreigner and zero experience with legal issue) and informed me with what’s going on. In my case, I was waived to attend in appearance and ended up to only attend a pre-trial. I couldn’t breathe on the day of pre-trial until I saw Mike in court. The following Monday, I am informed that my case was going to be DISMISSED! I wouldn’t say the whole process is not pain, because it is not possible. It is because of Mike and his team that I have my life back and was not convicted of an OUI (DUI).
