Well that's what I heard the judge say this past Monday 10/05/20. Dismissed man I'm still in shock. No probation, no community service, no heavy court fines, no more restless nights. I was in an impossible situation charged with 3 rd offense OWI . And for a change made the best choice for hiring an A...ttorney Mr. Michael Nichols. Well my opinion is you get what you pay for and I didn't feel that way . I felt like I really for a change didn't get ripped off.
