Amazing job!
I contacted Stephen Houseal relatively last minute to my first court date involving an owi and he immediately jumped into it! Stephen Houseal got me a really great outcome reducing my owi to an owvi. Traffic ticket
Steve had my speeding ticket dropped to impeding traffic. I was looking at 3 points and a hefty fine. Steve was worth every dime. Recommend his service for any traffic violation.

Expungement of a Criminal Record
Mr Houseal helped me to get a criminal record set aside also called expungement. He was very knowledgeable in the court system, he made me feel confident about the process and didn't talk over my head so I could understand everything.

I contacted Mr. Houseal when I did not understand terminology used in my divorce proceedings regarding the split of an IRA account. He was patient and clear when he explained exactly what types of forms were to be used and explained the difference between splitting the IRA account rather than cashing out the IRA, getting a penalty, and splitting the amount. His knowledge, experience and ability to communicate clearly made my options easy to understand. I would highly recommend this attorney. He gives concise, honest answers, and genuinely wants you to understand your options.

Great lawyer!
Didn't know where to go to fight a running a stop sign ticket. Mr. Houseal was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the traffic court system. He fought for us and got the best outcome possible. He saved us at least $1000 just in raised insurance rates. His rates were very reasonable and he got results. If you get a traffic ticket call him, you won't regret it.

Mr. Houseal provided me with the exact strategy and information needed to beat a 'failure to yield' ticket against the word of a the other driver - a police officer! Ex-husband's Motion to Amend QDRO Dismissed with Prejudice
Mr. Houseal represented me in Trial Court for the County of Isabella with favorable results. I sought counsel from Mr. Houseal when my ex-husband petitioned the court to amend the QDRO written when we divorced 23 years ago. Mr. Houseal was professional and knowledgeable of the laws pertaining to my case. He always kept me informed of what was happening. The end result was that the case was Dismissed with Prejudice. I am very grateful to Mr. Houseal for his excellent representation.

Absolutely the best, Laywer in the Midland county area
Took care of the problem, with close to the best possible results I could ask. I called about a dozen lawyers. In the area and Houseal's prices where the best by about a 700 dollar difference. One laywer wanted 1200 dollars to get me the same results Houseal did. So not only was his price very resonable his service and expertise cost just the same as bigger name firm with the exact same results. I would absolutely come to him again.

Home run on Traffice Ticket
I am a student at a local university and I really did not need to have my insurance raised. He was able to reduce my ticket to a no point ticket that was not even reported and no points on my license. If you want to keep a good clean record I suggest you should hire him. Great Attorney !!!!

Awesome Attorney
I had a high rate speeding ticket, Mr. Houseal was able to reduce my ticket to almost nothing, no points on my license and as a college student the last thing I needed was to have my insurance rates rise for a stupid mistake. Thanks Steve
