Completely satisfied!

Todd exceeded my expectations in taking on my case which was very small, I really thought a lawyer would not help me because I just wanted my injury treated . I simply wanted medical care my doctor ordered and my comp case denied. Todd took it on because there was a wrong done to me and he hoped he ...could help me right it. He did. The communication was excellent, and through his efforts the resolution exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Todd to anyone who finds themselves in need of an expert navigating the often unfair and frustrating road back from a workplace injury.

Excellent lawyer for workers compensation.

Jayson handle my case extremely well. He was so professional and knowledgeable (he gave so much information and kept me well informed, that I didn't have to ask many questions). Jayson is the best he was able to help me through one the most difficult times in my families life. I was getting the run around with the insurance company and the case manager they assigned to handle my case .... they were running me around ragged i felt like a puppet on a string.. when I decided to... stick up for myself they told me they'd cut me off from the petty amount of money workman's comp was giving me.. I called Jay trucks and with a simple interview with Jayson Chizick he agreed I was getting thrown around and taken advantage of. After that meeting the following Monday the case manager that was changing my appointments on my behalf without consulting me was terminated from my case... the insurance company finally started to straighten up.. I however had to call the Jayson every other week due to the fact that the insurance company kept delaying my checks... it only took that phone call and bam i got an email stating my checks was processed from the insurance company... insurance companies are a joke and they will take advantage of you if they are giving the opportunity. I decided to sue the insurance company and won with the help of Jayson !!!! Thanks so much for your help Sir you have no idea how much my family appreciates all the hard work you did . also the legal secretary liz... you were such a great help throughout the whole ordeal they really need a cloning machine to make more of you ... your a damn hard worker!!!

Workman comp case
