This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

I have used Arnold for several issues, from criminal defense to real estate and probate issues. I was so pleased with the results that I recommended him to my daughter who also had equally excellent results. Mr. Weiner knows all of the local judges and prosecutors and has a good working relationship with them. He is extremely personable and this quality serves him well.

When sought to defend both, a friend and a family member on different occasions, we found Mr. Weiner not only to be exponentially experienced in the courtroom; but after hiring him we found him to be dedicated, on top of the status of the case, and willing to keep us well-informed of the case. Even though it's not a requirement he is quite personable, which is greatly appreciated when you're already in such a distressful situation as dealing with the Courts. His expertise is unmatched. If we ever need to hire an attorney again in his practice areas of law, he will most definitely be the guy.

Attorney: Arnold L Weiner has represented myself, several family and friends over the pass decade with all positive or satisfactory results. All cases from A-Z. Criminal defense is definitely a strong suit. Could say so much more but trust me...
