I w...ill say they were down a member of their team with a medical issue. Once I voiced my concern to Alex that I needed to be kept in the loop of my case I was assigned a different attorney. I was appointed Jeff Kaufman, and he did an outstanding job keeping me in the loop of the case via emails or phone calls! Jeff went way above and beyond what was necessary of him to help bring my case to a close! Jeff showed real compassion to my situations the entire time dealing with my case and was able to bring to a close before losing my home and vehicle!
