My husband's ex-wife was suppose to refinance the former marital home and she failed to do so and was ruining my husband's credit because she was not making timely payments. In her response, she was asking the court to allow her another year before refinancing. The end result was she had to refinance within 60 days or sell the house. I was very satisfied with this award. During my nervous "nelly" episodes, Michael was able to assure me she would not get such an award and really took the time to explain how the situation works. Verry vague .didnt get correct papers from.ex s attorney no discloures from her .calls you back right away at 275.00 hour rate .never gave me copies of anything spouse submitted. made dates in court with out asking me first .seemed like was working more for ex than me . over rated . 2500.00 just to ...file papers and re type my statement . Fired him and got a atty that wont milk me for everything . that advises me .with good advice
