My husband's ex-wife was suppose to refinance the former marital home and she failed to do so and was ruining my husband's credit because she was not making timely payments. In her response, she was asking the court to allow her another year before refinancing. I was nervous that the Judge was goin...g to give her what she asked for but Michael fought to make sure she did not get another year. The end result was she had to refinance within 60 days or sell the house. I was very satisfied with this award. During my nervous "nelly" episodes, Michael was able to assure me she would not get such an award and really took the time to explain how the situation works.
