About me

Andrew Byers' elder law practice focuses on the legal needs of older clients and their families, and works with a variety of legal tools and techniques to meet the goals and objectives of the older client. Under this holistic approach, we handle estate planning issues and counsel clients about planning for incapacity with alternative decision making documents. We also assist clients and their families in planning for possible long-term care needs, including nursing home care. Asset protection and obtaining Medicaid or Veteran's benefits are all part of our elder law practice.

I have known Andrew R. Byers for many years, and I am happy to refer all my Elder Law issues to him. He is smart, organized, dedicated, and passionate about the work he performs. Often with Elder care cases we are dealing with people that are vulnerable; people who could be taken advantage of under the worst of circumstances. This is why it is important to hire someone that is proven time and again to be competent, trustworthy and honest. I enthusiastically endorse Attorney Andrew R. Byers.
