He was helpful in the selling of Mom's house, but have had no communication from him re: the case against the IRS in retrieving the $21,000 that the IRS took from that sale. He won't even respond to the multitude of phone calls that I have initiated over the last three years. All I get is his answe...ring machine - he does not return my calls.
