I was very pleased with Robert. He was both personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I have worked with many well respected attorneys both personally and professionally and Robert is among the best. I can notably say that 1. Hiring Robert was the best decision I could have made. 2. It was money w...ell spent, you cannot put a price on your future. It was singularly the best experience I personally have had in a court room ever. The judge had even commented on the record how well Robert crafted the motion and how well and eloquently he articulated the facts. I don’t ever plan on being in a courtroom again, but should some circumstance arise he would be my first call. I would 10 of 10 recommend his services.

My company driver received an unlawful citation with three violations totaling $780. I did all the research by pulling up the statues that make the violations void. I hired Mr. Goldman to represent my company because I needed an attorney to fight the company issued citation. I couldn't represent m...yself. Apparently, this is Michigan law. Mr. Goldman charged $1,250 for about 30 minutes of work. I was hoping to pay $780 (total fees for the violations) because I'd rather pay an attorney than pay the unlawful citation to the township. We won the case but I paid more than the sum of the violations. It didn't feel like I won in the end because I paid an extra $470... especially, since I did all the research.
