Eviction of Tenant
Mr. Hubbert was very thorough in his explanation and description of of my case. He is very easy to understand and to talk to. Very responsive and his consultations were very helpful. Trust Plan for my Mother
Jim is an outstanding lawyer concerning all matters of estate planning and family law. After my Father passed this year, I needed to establish a plan for my Mother’s assets. Jim worked with my Mother and I to carefully develop a comprehensive plan including a trust, will, patient advocate, and power of attorney. Jim was very kind with my Mother and carefully explained every detail of the plan with her in terms she was able to understand. Mom was so very happy with the plan and the entire experience. Jim has handled my estate and family legal matters for years. His professionalism is why I trusted him to work my Mother. I highly recommend Jim for all of your estate planning and family law needs. Foreclosure
In what seemed to be a simple case in my mind, of I'm right and their wrong. Turned out to be a battle of David and goliath. Jim was very open and up front in regards to entering into the unknown as to cost and outcome. Jim seemed to always have options and made sure I understood each step in the process was a battle but it may take several battles to end the war.

Professional and excellent communication
I had a very peculiar situation in which an eviction was tied up with a divorce proceeding. Even though the circumstances were very abnormal Jim did an excellent job of putting things together. He worked to reach a reasonable outcome for everyone. I did win my case hands down without any trouble. Jim is also an excellent communicator. I expressed upfront that it was important that I be informed and Jim provided emails, phone calls, and copies of all paperwork promptly. I was never lost or confused. To anyone that has dealt with the stress a legal dispute can put on you, this is critical! I highly recommend Jim Hubbert!

Estate Planning Expert
Jim is the best when it comes to estate planning. He worked with me to carefully develop a comprehensive plan including a trust, will, patient advocate, and power of attorney. Outstanding Lawyer
Jim is an outstanding lawyer in all respects and he handled the proceedings of my divorce with accuracy and professionalism. For me divorce was a very stressful realization and at that time I needed a lot of help negotiating a complex legal system. Jim's understanding of the legal system is second to none. He was patient with me when I struggled with anger. He carefully explained the steps of the legal system and helped calm my anxiety every step of the way. He worked with me to ensure my assets and concerns were protected yet he respected my desire to make sure my spouse was treated fairly. Divorce is a stressful situation and should be avoided, but if it is inevitable I highly recommend you contact Jim. He is an expert in the law and a tough and objective negotiator. He will listen to your concerns and work to make sure you are protected. Jim is the best there is plain and simple.

An Attorney who truly advocates for his client
Mr. Hubbert worked diligently to reach a maximum settlement over a 3 year period in a lawsuit which many law firms would have encouraged a quick settlement. Throughout the entire process the choice was always mine to make with all options presented with supported case studies to assist me in making the best decision. I don't believe another attorney could have achieved a better outcome and I would recommend anyone with a legitimate legal dispute to seek his services.

Professional, Personable & Knowledgeable
