David went above & beyond to defend my case!
David went the extra mile to make sure I was defended in my lawsuit. He was realistic about setting up my expectations for the outcome & walked me through the entire legal process. He did research on previous lawsuits of this type & fact checked all my documents to ensure I was fully ready for the deposition. David was compassionate towards my situation & worked hard to understand my side of the story. He was able to get a better outcome for me than I had anticipated which I am fully satisfied with. Excellent Divorce Attorney
David is very experienced and helped me through the entire Divorce process. He was always available to answer questions, address concerns, and listen. He was always on top of the process, unlike my ex's legal team, and he balanced the necessary legal actions and responses with a strong effort to control legal expense. Divorce is not pleasant and outcomes are never good, however, I trust David and know my outcomes are as strong as they could be.

After reaching out to 36 different attorneys and having the phone hung up on me, I was at a final point ready to give up. After praying about the situation, I felt like God said, "Don’t give up." So I reached out one more time. I punched in my Facebook and said, I’m looking for a Christian attorney. One attorney answered the phone with kindness and respect. He took time out of his busy schedule to listen to everything I said. And even when the phone was disconnected from a bad connection, he called back. He never thought he was too good or too important to ignore my call or not attentively listen to what I had to say. He acted as if what I shared was the most important thing he had heard all day. I hired David for my divorce. It should have been a straightforward case as I had a prenup. David was assertive with my now ex-husband and his attorney and worked diligently and patiently with me to get me a quick judgement. He was quick to respond to all my questions.

Highly recommend
We were recommended David by a few friends. We were going through a case where my fiancé’s daughters mother was trying to move out of state with their daughter. David knows all of the laws and beat our case within one 15 minute court session basically leaving the defendant and her lawyer both speechless. The judge 110% sided and agreed with everything that was said on our side. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

A Tale of Two Attorneys
This past year I have found myself in the unfortunate position of a bitter long-distance legal battle. I first hired an attorney recommended by a friend whom I wanted to believe in but was unresponsive and ineffective at best. As time went on I became more and more aware of my attorney's indifference. As luck would have it, I had been in Detroit tending to details (that any conscientious attorney would have be doing for an out of town client) and I met David serendipitously. There are "attorney's" and then there is David Sebastian. In a short 6-week period Mr. Sebastian accomplished more on my behalf than my first attorney did in six months! I feel very fortunate to have Mr. Sebastian as my counsel and he can only be best described as a VIRTUOSO!

Great divorce attorney
I hired David after another attorney did not settle my divorce in almost a year. Opposing counsel as well as myself were very impressed with his efforts to move the case along. We reached a settlement that was better than I expected and I can not recommend him enough!

Best decision I’ve made!!
I hired David for an issue I’ve been having with my trust. It was the best decision I’ve made. He was so diligent and explained everything so thoroughly.
