Landlord tenant dispute.

Mr. Keenan was direct and to the point. Put my mind at ease and if needed, I have kept his information for future enquiries and I will hire him if necessary. I found him to be very knowledgeable and personable.

Recommendation

I hired Attorney Keenan to handle the sale of two rental properties I owned. I found him to be knowledgable of real estate law. He prepared the necessary documents needed to sale the properties, explained the paperwork to me and the buyers and informed me of what I needed to do. I was very pleased... with his work and would recommend him.
