Chapter 7 Filing

Mr. Metzen is a wonderful bankruptcy attorney. I utilized his services several years ago and I must say I am truly happy with the results. He is courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. He helped to stop lawsuits and garnishments that were against me. He works with you in order to pay the attorney f...ees, I felt so comfortable and stress free. His staff is great, easy to talk to over the phone, in person or via email. Mr. Metzen is very prompt. He is truly the cream of the crop when it comes to bankruptcy attorneys in Detroit. I would highly recommend him. I thank you so much for assisting me in providing the copies of documents I needed as well. I truly appreciate you.

Awesome Lawyer

I had the most awesome experience with Attorney Metzen. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done in no time at all. He has a very pleasant personality and if you do not understand he will explain it so the you will get what the Lawyer terms mean so you will not be in the dark about what y...ou are to do to get the job done. Thank you again for your assistance in making sure i understood everything going on.

Very satisfied

I was very nervous about moving forwarded with bankruptcy. I was feeling like a failure in life in for my kids... Well I still find it hard to talk about this chapter in my life. Mr. Metzen made the whole process less demeaning . He explained how so many people have had to go through this and manag...e to almost always come out ahead. he and his staff were always alvailable for my questions and sometimes I was redundant with questions and answered me. I highly recommend him and his team. They are very thorough, compassionate and very professional.

The best choice!

In 2005, I had filed bankruptcy with a local city attorney. He did not do his job and caused my case to be dismissed and I had already paid him and lost quite a bit of money. I was upset as that was all the money I had and didn't know where to go or who to call. I found Mr. Metzen's ad and number in ...the yellow pages and called his office and talked to him personally and explained what happened. He and his staff took very good care of me (my case). They were extremely accurate to detail; painstaking, attentive and complete. I recommend Walter Metzen to anyone considering or needing to file for a Bankruptcy. It's emotional/stressful enough having to go through it, Mr. Metzen's office made it easier to bare. Thank you!

Remarkable Assistance to a Star winning team (correction)

Walter is Remarkable. His team and his mission to help a community become more knowledgeable about the Law is priceless. I worked with Walter for a while and was fearful of what others would suggest about me undergoing Bankruptcy. Walter explained the process and approach the fear from a area of r...ebirth and sacrifice. I would recommend Walter to the world. He is the best attorney I know. George was another key component to my journey. The staff is upfront, confidential, and very helpful and prompt. Walter and George team up to make sure that the creditors who made violation against me and the law was handled. After all was side and done. My discharge was approved and prompt.
