Chapter 7 bankruptcy

After consulting 3 lawyers about our financial situation with our mortgage we decided to go with Walter Metzen and his law firm. So thankful we did he always followed through with everything he said he would. Walter not only showed professionalism he was very kind and compassionate to us and our cir...cumstances. He definitely knows the bankruptcy laws and takes the time to keep you informed during the process explaining what your options are and making sure you understand . THE BEST

Walter Metzen was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, HE got my chapter 7, filed and closed in a very time manner, not to mention he was able to negotiate with unemployment, getting my debt cut from almost 30,000 down to 10,000. He is honest and does, just what he says!!

Chapter 7 Filing

Mr. Metzen is a wonderful bankruptcy attorney. I utilized his services several years ago and I must say I am truly happy with the results. He is courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. He helped to stop lawsuits and garnishments that were against me. He works with you in order to pay the attorney f...ees, I felt so comfortable and stress free. Complete Satisfaction

Walter and staff were always available and responded promptly to any questions that we had. Although this was a very difficult time for us he had our always had our best interests in mind. If anyone I knew ever had to go through this difficult process of bankruptcy I would absolutely recommend Walter... to help them through the process.
