Aaron is amazing - 3rd DWI with zero jail time; 18 months later...back on road!!

Our family has hired other attorneys in the past (all were non-criminal situations like workers comp, estate, etc.), and in every situation, in the end we had positive outcomes. However, our experience with Aaron was entirely different; he's not cut from the same cloth. Not only was he outcome driven..., but he genuinely cared about our situation and our family's future. My husband was charged with DWI, 3rd offence. When I first called Aaron, we talked for close to an hour. He listened to everything I had to say (I never felt rushed), asked questions that indicated he was truly trying to understand our circumstances and then offered words of encouragement. I really don't know what the going rate is when you hire an atty for a 3rd DWI offense, so I'm not sure if Aaron's rate was high, low or average...but it was a big chunk of change. Let me tell you how he was worth every penny: 1) He was incredibly responsive and available, 2) He ALWAYS listened to our concerns and addressed them immediately, 3) He patiently explained to us what was going on, in clear terms, so we understood everything; we always knew the status of things, 4) He clearly has a strong working relationship, and is highly respected, in both Plymouth and Allen Park courts (I imagine more, but that was where he represented us), 5) My husband was arrested for the DWI in Plymouth, and that's what I hired Aaron for. When Aaron discovered that he also had a pending issue in Allen Park, he offered to represent him in that situation at no additional charge, 6) He drove my husband truck from the impound at Plymouth to Allen Park because I couldn't drive a stick (this clearly extends beyond the call of duty!), 7) My husband ended up with 'Sobriety Court', and no jail time. The arrest happened in December 2015, it's now June 2017 and he recently got his license reinstated and he's driving again. NOTE: My husband got his first DWI about 20 years ago and then the second about 10 years ago. So while it was his third, they were spread apart by approximately 10 years each offence. He was VERY intoxicated with the 3rd offence and was rude to the police (we were so horrified and embarrassed by his behavior). My husband suffers from a previous brain injury and has some mental health issues. I wrote a letter to the judge (per Aaron's recommendation) that perhaps helped with the very compassionate sentence. Despite those mitigating factors, there's no doubt in my mind that it was Aaron's expertise, dedication, his reputation as a fair, respectful (and respectable) atty at Plymouth and Allen Park, combined with his hard work that led to our amazing outcomes. As a bonus, he's a down-to-earth person, who is compassionate and will treat you with respect. I highly recommend him.

Driver License reinstatment after 2 drunk drivings

I lost my license when I was 19 after my second dui. I was without my license for years and after talking to a few lawyers it sounded like it was going to be a long shot to get my license back. After I met with Aaron Boria he made the process seem very easy and explain what I needed to do very clearl...y. He took me through the each step so I knew what to expect when I did them. He went though the hearing process so when we got there it was very familiar and I knew what was happening. Aaron Boria got me my drivers license fully reinstated. He is by far the best attorney I've ever hired and I've hired quite a few. I would recommend Aaron Boria to anyone that is in need of a knowledgeable and great attorney.

Hire Aaron! You Will Not Regret It!

I had never been in trouble with the law in my entire life, so when I got arrested for a DUI, I didn't know where to turn or what to do. Needless to say I felt nervous and scared! I met Aaron, hired him and it was the best decision I ever made! He made me feel at ease through the whole process. Alway...s answering all my questions, whether it be by phone, e-mails or in person. He went over everything with me step by step on how things would work in court and told me exactly what I needed to do or say. It made me much more comfortable then I ever imagined I would be through this. He was able to get my OWI charge down to an impaired offense and a second charge of leaving the scene of an accident dismissed, which in turn reduced my points, fines and most importantly saving my drivers license. Amazing outcome! I definitely would recommend Aaron Boria to anyone who is looking for a GREAT criminal defense lawyer. He is without a doubt the BEST around!!!

Aaron Boria for DUI and Chemical Refusal

I want to recommend Aaron to anyone who might be in trouble for DUI/OWI and with chemical refusals. I was in this situation when I contacted Aaron. He very simply explained where I stood and what the likely consequences were, and then took over my case which was a huge load off of my mind. He was a...ble to get my charge reduced to OWVI, with a sentence of just 6 months probation. I highly recommend Aaron to anyone who might be in a similar situation.

Drivers License Reinstated after 2cnd Drunk Driving Offense

Aaron did an excellent job preparing me for my hearing, letting me know what to expect, and answering all my questions in a timely manner. Aaron helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process, and gave honest feedback. I got my letter from the Secretary of State granting me a... restricted license on Christmas Eve. What a Christmas present! I am very satisfied with my choice in choosing Aaron to represent me and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help in a Secretary of State hearing or with a drunk driving offense.
