Super hero with a law degree

I was represented by Aaron Boria for a DUI charge in Livonia (my second), and a refused PBT charge through SOS. The consequences that I faced were severe to say the least. Aaron's representation provided me with a reduced charge of OWVI, non-reporting probation, minimal testing, and much lower court ...costs than I anticipated. As well, my refused PBT charge through SOS was dismissed, and I was able to keep my liscense. At my consultation with Aaron he explained step-by-step how these matters would progress, in a straight forward, easy to understand manner. His knowledge of the court systems is without comparison. Best Man for the Job

The best decision you could make if you find yourself facing charges would be to hire Mr. Boria. Not only is he knowledgable and professional, but he is ON YOUR SIDE. Aaron is clearly very skilled in his trade. From making sure I understood everything that was going on during one of the lowest and to...ughest moments of my life to handling business inside the courtroom, I felt like I was in good hands. Aaron fought for me and was able to take the charges against me down from an OWI to merely disorderly conduct. I cannot thank him enough!

Excellent Attorney

Mr. Boria did a superb job handling my case. He ensured that I was current with the status of my case, and that I understood what was happening throughout the entire process. This was a 2nd DUI, and he was able to reduce my sentence with no jail time. I highly recommend Mr. Boria.

OWI offense

Best Lawyer in Metro Detroit !!

I was represented by Aaron, for a DWI sentencing and motion for early discharge (6 months into probation) for court ordered 12 month probation sentencing for DWI. I was convicted for High BAC case and was told by concerned people in the field that there was no way that the court was going to even acc...ept the motion for early discharge after 9 months into probation, let alone 6 months. But Aaron not only managed to get me a very lenient sentencing back in February(case sentencing) by letting me have my driver's license and keeping me out of jail for a High BAC case but also got me a early discharge after just 6 months into probation which was truly nothing short of an outstanding achievement. From my experience, Aaron is one of the best go-to lawyers in whole of Metro Detroit and I very strongly recommend him !!!!
