In my general practice, I have experience in the following:

• Contract negotiation
• Legal research
• Document drafting and review
• Assisting clients in setting up new businesses
• Counseling clients regarding divorce petitions and process, employment disputes and workers’ compensation, homeowners’ association rules, rental housing disputes, and property sales

I also assist corporate counsel with identifying and mitigating risks to the business, drafting agreements and corporate policies, and developing and implementing compliance processes.

I am an avid supporter of Last Chance Rescue, PetSmart charities, and greyhound adoption. Knitting is one my favorite creative outlets, with sweaters, accessories, and gift items as favorite projects. And I enjoy spending time cooking, usually French or Italian food, with Julia Child as an inspiration.
