Completely mishandled my case from start to finish. Constantly pushing me to settle when I clearly did not want to. But of course when it was time to pay and I disputed her charges she developed integrity and the ability to stick to her guns out of nowhere. Ms. Linderman never even bothered to review the implications of accepting a settlement in all the times she presented me with an offer from the defendant. She means well but really doesn't get what is going on in the world outside of her tiny homogenous bubble. Her lack of planning in my opinion cost us on several occasions as she makes a habit of not noting important dates and then having to scramble at the last minute to make accommodations. Her eagerness to settle leads me to believe she is not a good trial attorney and minimally effective in seeing how the defendant's attorney was able to manipulate her and reduce her to looking petty and bickering in front of the court. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake; Don't hire this lady.

"One week before trial, we hired Marla Linderman to be our trial counsel. She took over a highly complicated employment case and she knocked it out the park. Total win for us! Highly recommend her and continue to use her on all of our employment matters."

I hired Marla to represent me in a wrongful termination case against a larger corporation. Marla was top notch! She went up against their team of lawyers without blinking. In the depositions she was smart, savy, firm, quirky (in a good way) and not afraid to push back. She had a firm understanding of the law as it related to my case. Needless to say, Marla's tenacity and understanding of the case and the law itself pushed them to offer a settlement that was within a couple thousand dollars of what I was hoping for. She is on my "legal team" for life should I ever need one again!!!
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
