Secretary of State vs. R.B.

Case Conclusion Date: 05.07.2013

Practice Area: DUI and DWI

Outcome: Petition for Implied Consent Suspension Dismissed

Description: My client's license was suspended, because he refused to submit to a chemical test after he was arrested for drunk driving. I filed a request for a hearing to appeal the suspension with the Secretary of State Driver Assessment Appeals Division, which prevented the suspension from taking place. After holding a hearing, Hearing Officer Clover determined that my client's refusal to submit to the chemical test was reasonable and dismissed the petition for suspension.
