JACK OF ALL TRADES, MASTER OF NONE. He claims he can do everything, but he does none of them well. I hired him to file a copyright infringement lawsuit for my business. He didn’t really seem to know what he was doing, even though he claimed to have experience. Throughout the case, he kept telling me ...there was nothing more he could do and that we should drop the case. I had to consult other attorneys to come up with “suggestions” for additional steps he could take. In the end, he did the basics, didn’t follow through on most steps of the case, and I lost a ton of my money. I have spoken to several attorneys that seem shocked by the lack of action he took. At the same time, I hired him to file a Trademark for me. He was sent a letter of action by USPTO. There was a 6-month response deadline to the action. He never contacted me to mention the letter, and I lost my trademark request and the money spent on it. Please find someone with real experience and real referrals.

I paid this man 9,000 for my brother for nothing. First he first told me 8,500 when I first contacted him but when I went to pay he told me 9,000. But I let that go. Then when it came time for a court date for a bond hearing to get my brothers bond lowered he did not even try to make an argument. He... agreed with the courts every step of the way. I understand there’s an epidemic and there’s not much he can do because courts are delaying trials right now but he even missed one court date and never said anything in court to help my brother and when we asked for my brothers money back he only gave him 3,400 back from 9,000 and like I said he missed a court date and never tried to actually fight for my brother at his bond hearing! He agrees with the courts and will not fought for his clients! Do not hire this man if you really need help.
