I was overwhelmed and at a loss when I had to put my Mother in a locked-down memory care assisted living facility due to her dementia. Although this is a very overwhelming and stressful situation never once have I gone home and say, “Is this the right thing to do? Am I making the right decision?” Between Brandon and the Patient Advocate I know that not only is my Mother in a highly-rated and competent facility but I also know that her finances and estate are taken care appropriately and responsibly. My Father had a stroke which left him in a wheelchair. My Mother took him home to care for him. Brandon advised us about applying for veteran benefits for my father. Brandon helped us update our Trust in 2015. I then had to call Brandon in 2017 when my terminally ill son went into the hospital without having his affairs in order.
