Highly Recommend Natalie for EB-2 NIW Petitions

I had a great experience working with Natalie on my EB-2 NIW petition! She helped me prepare a strong I-140 case, was consistently responsive, and always took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. I was born in a country subject to restrictions on benefit issuance, and despite the additional... challenges, my petition was approved after responding to an RFE under premium processing. Given the low approval rates in similar cases recently, I'm especially grateful for Natalie's expertise and strategic guidance throughout the process. She did a tremendous job, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance with an EB-2 NIW petition.

Exceptional EB-1A Attorney — Turned a Difficult RFE Into a Strong Case

I cannot recommend Natalie Puletti and Ellis Porter PLC highly enough. As an international medical graduate from Egypt with a research background in ophthalmology and infectious disease, navigating the EB-1A extraordinary ability category felt overwhelming — especially after receiving a Request for E...vidence from USCIS that challenged three of my criteria. Natalie turned what could have been a devastating setback into a methodical, evidence-based response that I am genuinely proud of. What stood out most was the depth of her preparation. She did not simply respond to what USCIS asked — she anticipated every argument the officer might raise, addressed weaknesses before they could become objections, and built a case that went far beyond what I had originally submitted. The cover letter she drafted demonstrated a sophisticated understanding of the Kazarian two-step framework, the regulatory error in how the officer had treated the authorship criterion, and the preponderance of evidence standard. This was not boilerplate immigration work. It required someone who had actually read my research, understood why citations by the CDC and NIH matter, and could translate that into language a non-scientist immigration officer would find compelling. She was also a steady and reassuring presence throughout a process that was, at times, genuinely stressful. When I brought her additional evidence — bibliometric data, policy citations, expert letter candidates — she incorporated it efficiently and strategically. When I had concerns about the package, she engaged with them seriously. When I needed a clear answer about whether we had enough, she gave me one. I never felt like I was managing my own case alone. If you are a researcher, scientist, or physician pursuing EB-1A and have received an RFE, or if you simply want an attorney who will treat your case as the high-stakes matter it actually is — Natalie Puletti is who you want in your corner.

Great attorney - highly recommended

I retained Natalie for my EB2-NIW petition, and she has been incredible to work with. She prepared my petition very soon after I submitted all the requested information, discussed everything with me, and was very responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Natalie. It's been a pleasure work...ing with her.
