After struggling through the fiance visa process, and three failed attempts at finding a decent lawyer to assist, I finally found Lisa. After a free phone consultation, I knew she'd be great. While others had told me it would take a year to bring my fiance to the US (despite already being halfway thr...ough the processing), with Lisa's help, he was able to arrive just two months later - three weeks before our daughter's birth. That was nearly three years ago, and we continue to use Lisa's services as my husband's immigration process continues.

Mrs. Tehlirian is very professional and she is obviously familiar with the material of the immigration service. She takes her work very seriously. She does not make empty promises and draws attention to all the hurdles. She gives clear instructions, checklists and time slots. She answers questions by... email very quickly. You always feel carried by her. When we handed over the dossier to the immigration officer during the interview, he was very pleased with the perfectly compiled dossier. He said that Ms Tehlirian always puts together flawless dossiers. It was a plus to have Mrs Tehlirian as a lawyer. I have only one criticism. When we had an appointment with her in the preparation phase to finalise the green card application and sign the papers, she was represented by her secretary. We had expected Mrs. Tehlirian personally, because it is a special and unique thing for the participants, where they want to be well looked after. We had the problem that the application was filled out in my maiden name and I wanted to accept the name of my husband. The secretary told me that this would no longer be done today. I did not find your answer very polite and courteous. The secretary then did not even know whether we could change the application or not and had to call Mrs Tehlirian several times. If Mrs Tehlirian had been there, the matter would have been settled quickly. With the fee you pay, you should also be able to expect the lawyer on site and not only the assistant. Would Mrs. Tehlirian recommend at any time.
