I work in the areas of administrative law, commercial litigation including construction law, intellectual property, fraud, land transfers, asset protection, foreclosure, judgment enforcement and trial.
Originally from Michigan, I graduated with a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2011. In law school I helped author two amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court in the high profile cases of Citizens United v. FEC and Salzar v. Buono. I worked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Northern District of Florida where I dealt with both civil and criminal cases. I also spent time at the Florida Department of Corrections in the Employment Litigation Department where I handled administrative cases involving employee discipline.
After law school I worked for a law firm in Tallahassee, Florida that specializes in civil defense and state taxation. Most recently, I worked for a large statewide civil defense firm where I worked in areas including medical malpractice, construction defect, premises liability, licensure defense and many other areas of civil defense.
I graduated undergrad in 2008 from Siena Heights University. There, I was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team. I was also a captain of his junior college baseball team at Jackson Community College. I spent the summer of 2008 playing baseball for a team in Alberta, Canada.
I am an avid hunter, fisherman and sports enthusiast.
