I googled best Attorneys in Michigan and Julian Poota's name was one of the names at the top of the list. I was charged with a third degree misdemeanor and was facing up to 90 days in jail. Even if I could have avoided the jail time on my own there was no way I could have risked the misdemeanor char...ge going on my record. The sweetest part of the deal that Julian was able to get was that after 6 months if I stay out of trouble (which I absolutely plan to) my record will be wiped clean! Nobody's perfect and everybody makes mistakes some small and some big, I am just grateful that Julian Poota was there to ensure the big mistake I made was not one that followed me for the rest of my life. Julian was extremely helpful in assisting me on a traffic citation.
