Gary S. Fields disappeared in the middle of my case. I received a letter from the firm he was working which read, Gary S Fields no longer works for our firm and gave no details. After calling the firm reminding them he has a legal obligation to finish our case and to inquire what happened I was tol...d he was not currently practicing law? We had been working with Gary for over 2 years and in his mid-40’s he’s far from retirement. Currently there’s missing paperwork and the referred Attorney said there was very little actual work done with our case and we’re starting from scratch. There is a mountain of paperwork and depositions that never happened and now he’s gone and unreachable. This means more missed time from work to reconstruct our case, bills that are piling up.
