Amazing attorney, very knowledgeable, great to have by your side during the tough times

I hired Kyle to represent me during my divorce, I was confused and really didn't know much about how this whole thing works. Kyle explained the process to me perfectly. From day one Kyle went above and beyond preparing filing documents, responses and very valuable information about what is needed fro...m me. Kyle made me feel as if I am his top priority client, never ignored a call or email, always replies to my questions and concerns in timely manner. I am glad that my case was settled and we did not have to go to court fights, but if that would have happened I would be very confident that I have the right attorney to represent me.

Batman and Ironman rolled into one!!!

Kyle is the best attorney I’ve ever worked with and I feel lucky that he is on my side. Kyle knows the law inside and out and he is a warrior that fights 110% for his clients. He knows how to navigate the most high-conflict situations and understands how to position things for long term outcomes. Whi...le a lot of attorney’s act as if they are “in charge” and the client just needs to shut-up and do what the attorney recommends, Kyle listens to every thought or concern a client has and has never once tried to bully his recommendation. He is extremely logical but also understands that courtrooms are full of emotion. I would say he is one of the smartest people I have ever met regarding any topic of discussion, but when it comes to the law he is absolutely the smartest person on that topic — and I’ve worked with many good attorneys! Another excellent trait of Kyle’s is that he understands that court can be expensive and he will offer ways to help control costs. Kyle has went out of his way to cut his time without cutting quality. There are numerous little things that Kyle has done to help control costs - which just makes me respect him that much more. And the thing that I respect the most is that he never has sacrificed the quality of the work as he does these things to benefit me. Finally, I would say that Kyle’s intelligence enables him to understand very complex situations that are difficult to articulate. In short, he is EXACTLY the type of attorney that people need when they are fighting for what is right.

Kyle Bristow Review

Kyle was an exceptional divorce lawyer for me. He was very responsive which is great with the anxiety and unknowns associated with a divorce w/kids. It took him no more than 30 minutes to respond to any one item/inquiry no matter the time of day. Each response was detailed yet concise so as to not wa...ste my time or money but still provided me a thorough understanding so I could make informed decisions. He was very knowledgeable of the law. His expertise and detailed nature are apparent through the consultation and beyond. Some knowledge or effort stops upon selection (e.g., contract) but his didn’t which is encouraging considering the magnitude of a divorce and the possible outcome it can have on your future for years to come. He handles all item himself meaning he is close to each item. I hate consulting with a firm only to be passed along to someone else. Knowing Kyle and Kyle alone was supporting and defending me is a relief I cannot put into words. This also allows him to control his/your cost, effectively saving monies that other lawyers would eat up in billable hours. It also puts him closer to each item demonstrating the pride he has for his craft and reputation, and your future. This was important for me because I didn’t mind spending the money as long as it was being exhausted meaningfully with a favorable outcome likely behind it. Kyle is aggressive with his approach but does it tactfully. Traits you look for in a lawyer because of the environment they live in. Only negative I experienced was his phone availability (e.g., limited). I have a lot of windshield time and its easier to speak by phone. Not a major item but a negative for me with my situation/preference. All-in-All – he is a phenomenal divorce attorney that I’d recommend.

Ethical and knowledgeable

Kyle is extremely knowledgeable about family law and what it take to make an appeal. He was very kind over the phone taking the time to explain everything I needed to know. He is very ethical and down to earth, very easy to talk to and understand. He broke everything down for me to help me make the d...ecision that was in my best interest.

Confidentiality Agreement Review
