Above and beyond!

My case involved the internet and I quickly realized what a nightmare that is to most people. I had met and contacted numerous attorneys over the course of 18 months only to be told by every last one that there was nothing they could do. The very first time I spoke with Kyle about my situation the...re was no hesitation in his voice - he could handle it, no problem. I was skeptical; I had been turned away from everyone else, after all. Even as my case progressed I was always prepping myself to be let down, but I never was. There were some quirky roadblocks but Kyle is aggressive and creative - exactly what I needed! In the end, he managed to get me everything I wanted plus some. To top it all off, he's punctual. The wheels of justice can be slow, so having someone who does everything when they say they will takes a lot of weight off your shoulders.

Great Job!!!

Mr. Bristow sued a major company with international operations which wronged us. Mr. Bristow was EXCELLENT and the company's fancy corporate attorneys were no match for him. I am very pleased that he got us back all of our money, our court-related fees, and additional money. We would DEFINITELY us...e Mr. Bristow to fight for what's right in the future!!!

Extremely satisfied

I am extremely satisfied with the representation provided by Mr. Bristow. Throughout the process he was attentive and responsive to my concerns, offered advice and explained everything that was occurring. Detail oriented and smart

I hired Kyle Bristow to help me with a divorce case. I felt like he guided me through the process very well, that he was not intimidated at all by my ex-wife's attorney, and that things could not have come out better than they did. I'd definitely hire Bristow again and would recommend him to peop...le who have child custody problems. He really cares and is good at what he does.

Traffic Ticket Defense

I hired Attorney Kyle Bristow to help me with a traffic ticket I got. The prosecutor and cop and the other driver claimed I caused the accident, and my insurance premiums were going to greatly increase. I was also facing points on my driving record and a fine, and the other driver was threatening t...o sue me for $1,000.00 to pay her deductible. Kyle had the case go to trial, which I was told is relatively rare for simple traffic ticket cases. He called witnesses, he vigorously cross-examined the other side's witnesses (and made the cop look stupid), and he won the trial. Now, my insurance premiums are not going to go up, I'm not being fined, points are being added to my driving record, and the other driver was deterred from filing a lawsuit against me for the $1,000.00, which Kyle said in court would be frivolous. The look on the prosecutor's face was priceless when the judge said I won. I highly recommend Attorney Kyle Bristow for all legal matters.
