Social Security Disability

Mr. Pont was retained by me for another matter (which was settled favorably) but quickly assessed and made known to me that I was eligible for benefits that I had been unaware of. Throughout the process of filing for Social Security benefits Mr. Pont was thorough, efficient, and professional but also... congenial and patient. A process that I thought would be daunting was settled without a hitch. I have and will recommend him.

NO other lawyer to go to!

I hired Lloyd after my previous lawyer dropped my 5 days before my Social Security Disability hearing. He took my case of 21 years and over 600 pages of difficult car accident and brain injury case with only a few weeks to prep for an extention we got granted. He is GOLD. He told me more details to s...upport my case and was so patient with what I didn't understand over the phone. He was/is very supportive to my lack of knowledge, odd and very specific issues stemming from this catastrophic accident. He didn't shy and send me away; even with the toughest judge we had to face for the hearing in Wayne county.He's a champ. He was very clear and honest with me about everything; VERY honest about how hard brain injury cases are to win because of the tricky nature of things; especially after not filing for 18 years after the accident. He still took my case and was my champion to win. I can stress enough how much faith I have in this person to do good. He will only take your case if he thinks he can win and he is the best at what he does. This was very scary for my entire family and he put us all at ease. Please don't look or go elsewhere. Take time to talk to Lloyd.

Highly Recommend

I did my homework before selecting a social security disability attorney, and interviewed three others before selecting Mr. Lloyd A. Pont. I was impressed Mr. Pont came to my home and he was organized in his presentation and honest in his answers. Mr. Pont did not pressure or hurry me, as some of th...e others had done, in making my decision to retain his services. Due to Mr. Pont's expertise and guidance the whole process was efficient and labor-saving. Social security disability claim

Look No Further...Lloyd Pont Is Top Notch!

I can't recommend Lloyd Pont enough. Appealing SSD is a long process and from the beginning Lloyd was kind, knowledgeable and professional. During the process he followed up with me by sending me paperwork to complete every three months (or maybe it was every six months). This was so he could stay... abreast of any changes regarding my health. All questions that I had were answered in a timely fashion. Fortunately, the judge ruled in my favor. However, if he wouldn’t have, I would still be recommending Lloyd as he is extremely qualified in this specific area. In my opinion, you should look no further and give him a call to review your case.
