Unfortunately, education a...nd good skills DO NOT protect someone from a debilitating illness - I wish that it did! Mr. Pont did not ‘sugar-coat’ the obstacles we needed to overcome, but the advice and direction he provided allowed me to focus on obtaining the necessary documentation required to win my appeal. His approach to preparing me for my hearing was to be truthful and authentic vs. appearing overly rehearsed.
