I spoke to Jamie at length and then gave him a retainer. After that I could not get him on the phone. I spoke to his assistant, who lacked the knowledge I needed for my case. They were very unresponsive to my emails and eventually I had to go to the courts myself to get an update. Then I was charged ...excessively for unreplied emails and meetings that never happened. No one in the office seemed like they had done probate before and could not answer any of my questions. It was always..."I'll have to ask Jamie." And he never called back. I am extremely disappointed and feel like they were a complete waste. I finally found out that his niche was bankruptcy...not probate. Do not use this firm....they are not worth your time or money. Beware!
