Let me start off by saying that George Brown is the type of attorney that will go that extra mile for a client. My story is a long one that has consistently been haunting and subliminally affecting my life for almost twelve years now. Filled with teen angst, as is the case with most youths, I have ma...de a few mistakes in my teen years. My one unwittingly fatal mistake, however, had unfortunately left a tarnish on my record, and that blemish had followed me like a dark cloud over my head for the past ten years. The statute that allowed for me to adjudicate my record was ten years after the date of completion. Upon doing some thorough research, on successful, diligent, and capable attorneys in my area, I called and spoke with George over the phone about my situation. Only after our productive conversation, we decided to meet in person. Although George was younger than some of the attorneys I had spoken with previously, I knew the moment that we first shook hands that he was the ideal attorney for this arduous task. Upon discussing and agreeing to the terms of our arrangement we parted ways and I instantly felt elated at the thought of finally putting my juvenile past behind me. Little did we know of the future turmoil that was heading our way. The global pandemic, COVID-19, shook the court systems – and the world. Despite this colossal barrier, George worked tirelessly and persistently on getting our day in court. With some minor unanticipated complications, that George took care of free of charge, we ended up winning my case! I can confidently state that it is because of George and his relentless determination that I can optimistically say that I finally got my life back!

Problem Solved!

A few years ago, I attempted to purchase a firearm and was informed that I had a criminal record dating back to 1988 and was denied. To my dismay, that was just the beginning of being humiliated by a criminal record. Knowing the record was erroneous, I thought that I could easily get this cleared up ...by making a few calls. Nothing could have been further from reality. One call to George and finally my problem was solved. George quickly got my record cleared with the county, state and FBI and restored my 2nd amendment rights quickly! The only mistakes I made were leaning on my principles that I was the victim and should NOT have to pay an attorney to get a data entry error corrected and secondly that I waited way too long to call George. It was well worth the money - but more importantly the peace of mind, knowing that my name has been cleared is priceless!

Professionalism, Quality, Steadfast...

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the legal services George provided. His experience and the process he outlined during our first face-to-face meeting gave me confidence that the expungement was a high probability. My case was not the most straightforward to win. The res...earch and hours preparing the matter for the hearing were communicated well with high-levels of detail. The preparation George provided gave me a level of confidence and comfort that helped us achieve success. His dedication, attention to detail, and diligence made this possible. As a result, the expungement was granted. I would recommend George Brown to anyone whose legal matters could cause lasting economic or career effects.

A great lawyer and person.

I was acused of a serious crime. My first attorney was a court appointed attory that showed up late to my first case and had a 2 minute conference with me telling me you might want to serve one year, just so they dont try for 5 years. Then it tryed calling him and he never retuned my phone calls. All... of the first attorneys mistakes led me to seek obtaining George Brown. He called me. He asked me to provide any info that might be important to the case. He also did a fantastic job negotiating with the prosecutor. Even the judge said in his closing thoughts that" I really thought going into this case it would be extensive jail time". I didn't serve a day in jail thanks to George Brown. Im not a fellon thanks to George brown. I wish anyone reading this knows that everyone deserves a fair shake a second chance. Get a good or even a great attorney like mr.Brown.
