As a graduate of Providence High School, I have always been driven for success. After high school, I went on to graduate from Smith College, and then went on to pursue my Master of Science in Biology from IUPUI.
My legal education was obtained from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
From 2007 to 2012, I worked as Clark County's Sex Crimes Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. This experience gave me a wealth of courtroom and trial experience which I now translate into my private practice. I fight hard for my clients, both in court and in negotiations. I carefully review each client's personal situation and work closely with each client to determine the best approach to achieve the desired outcome. Family matters can be very sensitive and I am careful to approach each case with care and understanding. I offer one-on-one consultations with prospective clients so that we can discuss, in-depth, their legal options. This consultation also allows the client to get to know me and for me to get to know them. This is critical when working in a family law setting.
My trial experience has a former deputy prosecutor also gives me expertise in the field of Criminal Law. This includes DUI/OWI charges and drug charges. Any one wishing to discuss a pending criminal matter should contact my office for more information.

Fights for best interests of you and your children
Brittany fights for you both in and out of Court. She helped me realize that I needed to stand up for what was in the best interest of my children.

Competency & Communication
Ms. Blau was retained by my company in the matter of an employee's defense needs. She was knowledgeable, prompt and extremely effective in her dealings with the case. Her intimate knowledge of the Clark County court system brought about a very timely and favorable outcome in our legal matter. She was very "up to date" on the issues at hand and her communication throughout the process was thoughtful and direct.

Excellent lawyer
I highly recommend Brittany. She is very personable and honest person. I felt like she had my best interest in mind. She delivered on what she promised. I will definitely have her handle any other legal issues I may have.

The Opposition was trying to get a protective order passed on me accusing me of manipulating him, touching him under age and hitting him....Brittany knew only the facts , and told the judge and questioned the Opposition ..The outcome was he was lying, the judge ruled case dropped..and we won the case
