I started this law firm with the vision of helping people of all levels of society; not just those of means, but those who are less fortunate. Everyone deserves to have someone who will "be in their corner" and fight for them in a courtroom; especially children and the elderly. As a practical matter, fees do need to be paid to pay for salaries, etc., but I like to think that I still keep that vision before me even after 40+ years.

Professional and helpful
Mr. Hains and his staff were always professional and responsive when dealing with my case. I utilized their services for about 2 yrs. while my divorce was finalized. Mr. Hains' knowledge and expertise were always evident, and his firm was a huge help & comfort to me during a very difficult time. I would highly recommend him and his firm to anyone needing legal help.

Business law referral
I have practiced domestic law in St. Joseph County, Indiana for more than thirty years. Though I practice law in the domestic area, I am not familiar with business law. To that end, I hired Fred Hains to handle a business dispute. I found Fred to be responsive and prompt and his staff to be professional and efficient. The billing was reasonable and the problem was resolved. I was happy with his services and would recommend him in domestic and business matters.
