I had a referral from a friend to see Terry for a pretty dramatic and abrupt end of a mess of an 18 year marriage. I experienced her to be quite friendly but also expedient regarding gathering all the facts of the case. As the case went on and as our rapport grew, I found her to truly care and she ju...st refused to allow the facts of the case to be misrepresented. She was very open to gathering all the needed story-she heard me out completely. Our case eventually went to settlement where she then was compassionate about the end of my marriage which still has some very real love left in it. But alas the co-dependence had to stop; we were growing in different directions and ended up pulling each other apart rather than having a mutually respectful partnership. I say all this to highlight that Terry was 100% committed all the way through. I don't know how I would have gotten through without her. So many other lawyers were sterile and jaded.
