Estate litigation

I was advised by my business attorney to hire Greg to co-represent with him, my children and I as we challenged my deceased wife’s family estate. It was an ag related situation. The co-council approach was found to be successful as Greg specialized in estate litigation cases and the business attorney specialized in ag law. Greg’s knowledge and experience was definitely beneficial to the outcome. His rates were reasonable. He was personable and always available to address concerns by reply in a timely fashion. Greg’s level of professionalism and approach in dealing with the opposing council was excellent. He truly outclassed the opposing council . I would highly recommend Greg without hesitation for your estate and trust litigation needs

Top notch

Hired Mr. Padgett to assist with dissolution of irrevocable trust - previously unsuccessful with other legal counsel. Because of his professional, competent help, the judge ruled in my favor. He is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend.

Outstanding

We used Greg to help to settle the estate of our recently deceased father. There were several complications due to a poorly structured trust. Greg was able to quickly process through everything and gave us a very clear and common sense path to liquidating the trust. There were a few other peripheral issues involved that Greg was also able to counsel us through in a very professional way. We had spoken to several lawyers before Greg and no one was even close to him in knowledge and counseling skills. I would highly recommend Greg and his services.

Made it an easier process for me

Possible life insurance lawsuit being filed against me. Greg took a common sense approach and remained calm while other lawyers I talked to tried to put me in panic mode immediately. Would recommend him highly.

Best Trust & Estate Lawyer

We had a sibling who gained control over our mother and had her give him and his son total control of all family assets through power of attorney while living and for 99 years after her death via a trust. In just a few weeks Mr. Padgett had them dissolving this trust and everything being equally divided among the 6 heirs. Furthermore he managed to do this without increasing family hostility. If one needs to solve an unfair trust or estate problem, I do not think anyone can surpass him. I say all of this without ever personally meeting him and even living in a different state.

Excellent

As a business owner and estate/trust beneficiary, I have worked with well over 25 attorneys. If a good man is hard to find, an honest lawyer is even more rare, and Greg Padgett is that man. Great Attorney!

I have worked with quite a few attorneys in the last 15 years. I can honestly say, without a doubt that Greg Padget was the most responsive and honest of all of them. Most of the other attorney's that I have hired did not keep me informed, and I often wondered if they were even looking at my file. Many times felt that they took my money and I did not get anything for it. This was not my experience with Greg Padget. Greg called me when something came up, and he always kept me informed. I did not need to call him several times to get a response to a question, he always called me back. He was very responsive and honest. This was so important to me because after losing a loved one, the last thing you want to worry about is if your attorney has your best interests at heart. I would recommend Mr. Padget to anyone needing assistance with an estate or planning of one. I can not say that about any other attorney that I have worked with in the past.
