I received a speeding ticket driving a vehicle that was substantially more powerful than I was accustomed to and, to be blunt, it was BAD. I was given a mandatory court appearance date where I likely would have been charged with reckless driving where I otherwise have a clean record. Mr. Stare was ab...le to negotiate this down to a violation where the state allowed me to have a deferral on the ticket, effectively removing it from my record. All of this was handled via one phone call and a few emails.
