Katherine Ann Harmon

I concentrate my practice on family law as a certified Family Law Specialist from the Family Law Certification Board of the Indiana State Bar Association. My practice includes adoption, legal separations, divorce, a wide range of custody issues and visitation. I also focus on guardianships, paternity issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in addition to handling appellate cases.

I received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and psychology from Indiana University in 1997. I graduated from the Indiana University School of Law in 2001. That same year, I  was admitted as a member of the Indiana State Bar and both the Northern and Southern District Courts of Indiana of the United States District Court.

 I proudly represent the residents of Indiana, especially the cities of Bloomington and Indianapolis.

In addition to my membership in the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association, I believe in giving back to the community through volunteering for worthwhile causes. I am especially passionate about advocating for domestic violence victims, and my community service includes volunteering for the Marion County Court Pro Bono Project and the Protective Order Pro Bono Project. I  also served as a board member for the Indiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
