My first attorney in Marion County was horrible. He didn't even show up in court one day and had some guy come in his place that looked like a public defender. I then hired Brady Lory and wish he had been my first choice because he is a fire cracker. He will go after the prosecutor, explain to you what is going on, respond to your phone calls, emails, and not try to talk you into a plea deal just to take your money and run! I would highly recommend Brady Lory as an attorney in Marion or Johnson County.

I was charged with a couple of misdemeanor batteries, the 1st guy couldn't get anything done with either, and Brady was the 2nd guy and got me concessions like it ALMOST never happened. One charge was dismissed.
