In the end, Russ Cope Law Offices helped me achieve what I wanted to accomplish and I would like to thank them for that. However, throughout the process, I often felt belittled and uncomfortable. I have never been in this situation before and knew NOTHING about bankruptcy. My suggestion: Your st...aff and attorneys should simply assume that your clients know nothing about Bankruptcy. Ask questions to determine their level of experience on the subject and then ease them though the process. Also, I went in thinking that I had an appointment scheduled with Russ Cope himself but ended up meeting with someone else who had shown little to no personality and made me feel very unimportant. So one opportunity for improvement would be your Customer Service. I also feel that I would truly be impressed had Russ Cope met me for a quick meet/greet and then introduced me to my assigned attorney.
