Workplace Sexual Harassment
Mr. Matthews represented me in a workplace sexual harassment case. I was being sexually harassed by my boss. With the help of Mr. Matthews, I was able to settle outside of court. He was excellent to work with in all aspects of this unfortunate situation. I would highly recommend Craig T. Matthews to anyone who may need legal representation in this area.

Mechanic's Liens
Craig T. Mathews and Associates has been filing mechanic's liens for our company to secure payments from contractors who have been building water and wastewater treatment plants for municipalities. We sell pumps for handling sludge and metering a variety of treatment chemicals in these plants. This is about $4 million in billings per annum for our company. We believe that this service has allowed us to reduce our accounts payable by close to $1 million. Before we started using these liens, contractors made numerous counterclaims and back-charges against us. Many were also slow in paying the performance "holdbacks" that are part of these contracts. The liens are a way that we can counter these claims. In fact, since we have started using this service all of the frivolous claims have essentially disappeared. This law firm can file in any state in the USA. Our firm is active in every state in the USA, as well as Canada, and most of Latin America.

My Legal Malpractice Case that Mr. Matthews handled for me
From the outset, Mr. Matthews and his Associate gave a realistic appraisal of the difficulty of this type of case. His whole firm was quite supportive. The Defendant and her Defense Attorneys tried many times and many ways to derail my lawsuit. Mr. Matthews was undeterred by all of their legal machinations. In the Courtroom, his legal arguments won the day, hearing after hearing, and he batted a thousand. The Judge threw out every Defendant's maneuver and commended Mr. Matthews and his firm on their integrity, and thoughtful legal arguments. We ended up in Mediation in less than two years. At the outset, I gave Mr. Matthews a figure I was willing to settle for. His efforts yielded an award 3x larger than I had said I would be willing to settle for. I found and find him to be an excellent Attorney in all regards and will use his services for all legal matters that arise for me.

Estate Planning
I would recommend Mr. Matthews, he is professional, knowledgeable and he did a great job with my family. He gave us excellent advice and is now guiding us through my father's death. The preparations he initially suggested when we were estate planning have proven to make the final estate settlement much easier than it otherwise would have been. Very good advice, indeed.

Attorney Review for Craig Matthews
I would absolutely recommend Craig. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, but he knows the law and responds to the court in a timely manner. He is up on all my cases and is not simply a 'reactive' lawyer. He has taken cases I thought were junk and turned them into gold. One case from a previous attorney was a complete mess and he was able to turn it completely around and win summary judgement. I would highly recommend you consider his services.

"I endorse this lawyer's work, and I highly recommend Mr. Matthews! He is a top-notch litigator! I had the opportunity to clerk for him during law school, and now I refer my civil cases to him. I learned a great deal from Mr. Matthews in the short amount of time I was able to clerk for him. I also got to see the efficient manner in which he runs his office and manages his caseload. Recently, I referred an employment law matter to Mr. Matthews. In less than one month, Mr. Matthews had a wrongful termination reversed! Without extensive litigation! You would be well served to utilize Mr. Matthews' expertise!"
