I have been practicing law for over 17 years. My career goal is to protect the rights of my clients who find themselves in the Legal System. I have focused my practice on Criminal Law, Injury law, and Immigration Law.
As an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Montgomery County, Ohio, I gave a voice to victims of crime. I had the opportunity to build relationships with Judges, Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, and Court Personnel in Felony and Misdeanor Courts. I use this experience now to to protect the rights of people who have been charged with crimes.
After leaving the Prosecutor's Office, I focused my pracice on representing injured people against insurance companies in automobile accidents, slip and fall cases, dog bites, and other torts. The insurance company's goal is to get rid of a claim for as little as possible. My job is to stand up for my clients against insurance companies and their attorneys.
As a child of immigrants, I am grateful for my parents' brave decision to leave their home country and seek a new life in the United States. Being born an American Citizen has provided me with the opportunity to become an attorney in the first place. I hope to help others who are pursuing the American Dream and serve as a guide through the complicated world of Immigration and Naturalization.
