This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority.
Suspended indefinitely means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for an unknown period of time. The attorney will need to re-apply for admission to the Bar if he or she intends to resume practice in the future.
This means the the State has concerns about the attorney's practice of law and he or she has failed to respond to the State's inquiries. As a consequence, the attorney's license has been suspended.

Scott agreed to take my case and help me out with a dispute I was having with a property manager. He promised that he wanted to go after this person and thought I have a good case. He took my retainer money and disappeared. Haven't heard from him in over 6 months after repeated attempts to contact him.
